I GREW UP IN THIS!

My journey into probate real estate began with family rootsโ€”my dad, Steve Fingerhut, founded our brokerage in 1972, laying the foundation for a legacy of trust and expertise. Inspired by his dedication, Iโ€™ve built a career specializing in probate, combining empathy with market insight to guide families through complex transitions with confidence and care. Itโ€™s not for the faint of heart, truly!

At its core, probate and trust real estate isnโ€™t really just about selling the propertyโ€”itโ€™s about preserving family wealth and honoring legacies through thoughtful, strategic guidance.

NO. 1

The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum - or any stadium the USC Trojans are playing College Football - is my happy place. Yes, Iโ€™m an alumna. Yes, my parents and husband surprised me with the USC Trojan Marching Band on our wedding day. Yes, I am a season ticket holder. There are exactly 6 home games annually and I attend them, letโ€™s call it, religiously. Win or lose, I donโ€™t leave the game early.

NO. 2

I ran / walked / the 2006 Miami Marathon when I was 26, and fundraised over $3000 to support AIDS Foundation LA in the process. I have a goal to โ€œrunโ€ 1 more marathon around age 52 (another 26 years later) โ€ฆ I have a few more years to go!

NO. 3

I grew up - and currently reside - in Park Estates, Long Beach, CA. Our household is never dull with my independent filmmaker husband, Jason, our senior cat, Floyd, and our old-man 14 year old malti-poo, Teddy.
