THE HOST

I’m Paige Charnick, a top-ranked Long Beach REALTOR and nationally regarded probate expert with over 20 years of experience in real estate. My passion for this work stems from both professional expertise and deeply personal experiences — navigating the loss of my stillborn daughter, caregiving for a grandmother with Alzheimer’s and scleroderma, along with aging parents, and refining the empathy that drives my approach to serving others. I believe a service-based “business” is about more than transactions; it’s about guiding people through life’s most challenging transitions with care, compassion, and confidence.
